For a plant in the Ethylene Industry, such as an EO (Ethylene Oxide) Plant where precise temperature and pressure control is critical for safety and selectivity, we implement a sophisticated control strategy that includes multiple layers of protection. We design the logic for the DCS, the SIS, and the burner management system (BMS) to work in harmony. Our scope includes the specification and supply of all field instruments, from simple on/off valves to complex analytical instruments for online product quality monitoring.
